Under the new Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), all food facilities must renew their U.S. FDA food facility registration by December 31, 2012.  After a 22 day delay, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Electronic Renewal system is currently available.  U.S. FDA food facility registration renewal was scheduled to begin on October 1, 2012, but the system was not available until October 23, 2012. Food facilities located outside the United States must also designate a U.S. Agent for FDA communications.

Registrar Corp’s Regulatory Specialists are renewing FDA food facility registrations now. To retain Registrar Corp as your U.S. Agent now or to renew your FDA food facility registration: http://www.registrarcorp.com/fda-food/registration
